| Infanticide is a criminal act which must be severely punished. We must implement effective safeguards to prevent infanticide. A Grand Jury in Houston, Harris County, Texas must conduct an in-depth examination of all evidence of Douglas Karpen, D.O’s abortion practices. Eye witness testimony from a health care co-worker to Douglas Karpen, D.O.’s alleged infanticide practices, must be thoroughly examined. Please take all appropriate action to examine this threat and to do justice for all concerned. |
